Reis is responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities and conducting financial and business due diligence. He serves on the Board of Directors of Super Color Digital as well as a Board Advisor to UCC-MKTG Investment. Prior to joining Union Capital, Reis was with Strategic Decisions Group, a management consulting firm focused on the life sciences industry.

Mr. Alfond received his BA from Dartmouth College, where he was a four-year member of the men's soccer team.
