William S. Ogden

Mr. Ogden is an experienced private equity professional, having done successful leveraged build-ups, leveraged buy-outs and growth capital investments. Prior to joining Union Capital, he headed Prudential Financial's US Direct Private Equity Group. Prior to that, he served as a partner at a New York-based merchant bank. Bill began his career as an officer and a pilot in the US Navy.   

 Mr. Ogden is a graduate of Dartmouth College with a double major in Engineering and Economics and has an MBA from University of Virginia's Darden School where he earned the Faculty Award for Academic Distinction.
